The Sleep Paralysis Project have released this, utterly terrifying, short film(which they refer to as a 'docu-horror) on the topic of, surprisingly enough, sleep paralysis. I don't personally recall ever having experienced this sensation and, after watching this film, I am so glad that I don't.
